- This tour is free for children under 7 years old. Please enter the number of children under 7 years old in the request when using the tour.
- What to bring: rash guard, aqua shoes, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, change of clothes
- This tour is not recommended for pregnant women or those with back or waist discomfort.
- The tour guide will not store your personal belongings, but if you wish, you can store them in the tour vehicle.
- The accident insurance listed in the inclusions does not cover accidents such as food poisoning, personal water play, sea urchin stings, jellyfish, etc., and has a limit of 500,000 baht in case of death and 50,000 baht in case of injury, and requires use of a general hospital designated by the insurance company.
- Pickup may be delayed by up to 20 minutes due to road conditions.
- If you have any health problems, you cannot use marine sports.
- When children go parasailing, they are accompanied by a guide.
- Senior citizens aged 55 years or older may have restrictions on using marine sports.
- Those who weigh over 100kg or have scars on their legs must fill out a waiver before using parasailing.
- We are not responsible for loss of valuables, cash, or personal safety accidents.
- Depending on local circumstances, the meeting time or tour end time may differ from the above schedule.
- In case of partial cancellation due to bad local weather, the refund amount is 200 baht for parasailing, 150 baht for jet ski, and 100 baht for banana boat.
