• The tour may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not met.
• It will be held in a small group with a limit of 10 people.
• The pick-up time varies depending on the hotel for the Pattaya departure joint tour. (We will inform you of the pick-up time and vehicle information via KakaoTalk one day in advance.)
• Please wait at the lobby entrance on the first floor of the hotel you requested a pick-up from, and the driver will move after confirming your English name. (You will be notified via KakaoTalk one day before the tour, and if you cannot search for KakaoTalk, it may not be sent.)
• Most hotels in Pattaya offer free pick-up, but some outlying areas may incur additional charges. (If additional charges are incurred, you will be notified via KakaoTalk.)
• Pattaya pick-up + Bangkok drop-off / Bangkok pick-up + Pattaya drop-off If you wish, you can select a single one-way pick-up option, and the additional cost is 60,000 won per team.
• If your desired pick-up and drop-off locations are different, we can store your bags.
• Please check the number of carriers that can be loaded based on a 24-inch carrier. For a 28-inch carrier, it is considered as 2.
• No need to issue a voucher. (Payment receipt can be confirmed / English name can be confirmed / KakaoTalk notification one day in advance)
• In Thailand, foreign guide activities are illegal. Local staff will provide guidance in English, and if problems arise, you can get help via KakaoTalk or a local Korean.
• Lunch is not provided, so please prepare your meal in advance. (A table, microwave, and hot water are provided.)
• Motion sickness medication and mosquito repellent are provided. (Please request upon arrival at the office.)
• If cancellation is due to weather changes, a full refund will be given.
• Please take photos with your own device as well, as there may be issues with camera errors, image quality, structure, longevity, etc. (Complaints regarding photos do not apply.)
• If possible, please make a reservation on a weekday. (Weekdays are quieter because there are many Thai tourists on weekends.)
• Those with respiratory disease or surgical experience may have difficulty participating in the tour.
• For safety reasons, those who need to wear hearing aids or earplugs will have difficulty participating in the tour.
• People with systemic illnesses or poor physical or mental condition should be cautious when using water activities and inquire when making a reservation.
• Life jackets must be worn and individual actions should be avoided in areas without safety personnel.
• Anyone with a hangover or who has consumed alcohol that day cannot participate.
• In situations where sudden swells occur, please note that there is a risk of accidents if you reduce the boat speed, so move quickly through the waves.
• There is a free shower after the tour, but please bring your own toiletries and towels. (Towel rental fee is 40 baht per towel, and since it is a cloth sheet, you will be refused entry to the vehicle if you are wet.)
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.

Accident Insurance Guide

• Applies based on the tour start date.
• Only accidents that occur during the use of the tour product are covered. (Pre-existing illnesses / lost items / sea urchin stings / jellyfish stings / food poisoning are not covered)
• 500,000 Baht per person in case of death / 50,000 Baht per person in case of injury (Treatment is provided at a designated hospital in Thailand, and no additional compensation other than treatment costs is guaranteed.)
• Coverage is not available for those under 90cm / under 7 years old / over 60 years old and pregnant women.
• Coverage is not provided if an accident occurs due to failure to follow the instructions of on-site staff.
• This insurance is a Thai insurance, so lawsuits, mediation, and disputes are limited to the Thai courts.

- If notified 30 days prior to the start of the trip (~30): Full refund of travel fee
- If notified 20 days prior to the start of the trip (29~20): 10% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
- When notified 6 days before the start of the trip (19~6): 15% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
- If notified 1 to 5 days prior to the start of the trip: 20% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
- On the day of travel ~ upon notification before the start of the tour: 50% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
The date and time of your cancellation request will be based on the local time of your trip.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
