• Even after payment is completed, it may be canceled due to reasons such as number of guests or reservation status. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Insurance applies only in case of an accident during the tour. However, it is only covered when receiving treatment at a hospital in Thailand. It starts at the start of the tour and automatically expires after the end.
• For infants under 12 months old and seniors over 70 years old, only 50% of the insurance is covered. Accidents caused by personal negligence are not covered by insurance.
• Please enter the English passport names of everyone making the reservation. If the English name on the passport and the English name of the person making the reservation are different, insurance will not be applied.

• When leaving the vehicle, please take your valuables with you. We are not responsible for loss.
• There is no additional charge for drop-off to Bangkok or Pattaya, but additional charges apply to other areas. In this case, you can pay directly to the driver on site. Drop-off to Suvarnabhumi Airport is available at no additional charge.
• Dropping off to Don Mueang Airport is not possible.
• Infants under 80cm in height can participate in the tour for free.
• Please be careful of safety accidents.
• If you wish to stay on the island longer than the free time given, you will have to pay an additional fee on site.
• Koh Samesan Island is owned by Thailand's second princess. Therefore, washing your feet in the sink, bringing in alcohol, cooking, fishing, and gathering are strictly prohibited, and the Navy can control this.
• When wearing a bikini swimsuit, be sure to wear a beachwear top.
• If snorkeling equipment is damaged, a fee of 1,000 baht will be charged. Be sure to check for any abnormalities with the equipment before wearing it.
• Pick-up and drop-off times may be delayed depending on local road conditions.
• On weekends, the island can be crowded with Thai locals and tourists. Please make a reservation with this in mind.
• Koh Same Mountain is government-owned and the number of visitors may be limited, so entry may not be possible. In this case, a happy call will be made and a full refund will be issued.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• Tour changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• If you arrive later than the meeting time due to traffic congestion, etc., the local company will contact you in advance via KakaoTalk.
• Snorkeling and glass boat experiences may not be possible due to sudden natural disasters, in which case the itinerary may be replaced with Sai Kaew Beach or cancelled. Please note that if the schedule is cancelled, no refund will be issued.

Information regarding additional charges

• Single vehicle upgrade cost: 500 baht for SUV (up to 5 people) / 1,000 baht additional for van (up to 10 people)
• Drop off in outskirts of Bangkok: Suvarnabhumi Airport 300 baht / Pattaya city center 3-seater 1100 baht, 5-seater 1300 baht, 10-seater 1800 baht
• If you extend the vehicle after the tour ends, go to the desired location: 200 baht for passenger cars / 300 baht for SUVs and vans.
