• Pick-up service may be delayed depending on local Bali traffic conditions.
• Departure meeting time may change depending on your hotel location.
• If you enter an incorrect address or hotel name, the hotel pick-up service may be automatically canceled.
• The number of private vehicles provided varies depending on the number of people. Please be sure to select the correct number of people.
• Massage satisfaction varies for each customer depending on the individual therapist and physical condition.
• If you are not satisfied with the massage, please inform the spa shop and therapist directly on site.
• Depending on the spa shop, shower time will be deducted by 10-15 minutes, and time may also be deducted if you arrive late.

If canceled 14 to 9 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
If canceled 8 to 5 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
If canceled 0 to 4 days prior to the tour start date or on the same day: Full refund is not possible.
