<Notice> Service Change Notice (Effective February 1, 2026)

Due to the recent and continued rise in silver prices, we have been forced to make the following changes to our service policy, effective February 1, 2026. This decision was made to enhance the value of your precious creations, so we ask for your understanding.

1. Changes to the standards for creating Korean initials
We produce all Korean characters in silver. The base price (75,000 won) you pay upon reservation is based on the following:

* Default: Includes up to 2 Korean syllables (e.g. Jenny '제니' - 2 syllables)
* Additional charge: An additional charge of 20,000 won per syllable starting from 3 syllables will be incurred.
* Example: David 'David' (3 syllables) → Add 20,000 won
* Based on the actual number of Korean syllables produced, not the number of English alphabets.

2. Basic chain provided (silver plated)
All customers who order a necklace or bracelet will receive a free silver-plated chain.

3. Option to change the entire silver chain
If you'd like a full silver chain instead of plated, you can make the change on-site for an additional fee. Prices vary depending on the chain type, starting at a minimum of 40,000 won.
