- Refunds are available within 7 days from the date of purchase.
(However, refunds for the following month may be difficult to process, and refunds are not possible if the product has been used or already registered on the device.)
- Due to the nature of products used locally overseas, refund requests due to activation failure, unavailability, or eSIM defects may be due to issues with the device being used, unfamiliarity with settings, or temporary communication disruptions, rather than product issues. Refunds will only be processed after consultation with customer service (phone, email, etc.) using local Wi-Fi, etc., and after approval.
- Refunds requested after returning to your home country without prior confirmation may not be processed.
- eSIM products can only be registered and used on the device they were initially registered on.
- Once registered, it cannot be re-registered on another device.
