• Please make sure to check whether the smartphone you are currently using supports eSIM before purchasing.
• After purchase, the eSIM QR code will be sent to you via email. The QR code sent cannot be exchanged or refunded after scanning.

• If you cannot find the voucher after confirming your reservation, please check your spam mailbox.
• Since there is no function to recognize the QR code within the mobile phone, please make sure to print the voucher or register the QR code in advance.
• You can use it right away after registering eSIM. Internet connection is required to install eSIM (using cellular or WiFi)
• Please register your eSIM before departure or upon arrival at the local airport, depending on your flight schedule.
• Before leaving the country, please turn off data roaming and automatic data switching for your existing main line.
• Data usage may not be smooth in some areas depending on the communication environment of the local telecommunications company.
• Product options may change without prior notice according to the regulations of the telecommunications company providing the service. (Examples: data provision, number of days of use, initialization, etc.)
• The telecommunications company providing the network may change without prior notice, and cancellation and refund are not possible due to this.
• If you have difficulty using eSIM or the connection is not working , do not remove the eSIM and be sure to contact the SIM card customer service center.
• eSIM products can only be registered and used on the terminal on which they were first registered, and re-registration on another terminal is not possible after registration once.

- Refunds are only possible within 7 days of the purchase date.
(However, it may be difficult to process refunds for the following month, and refunds are not possible for products that have been used or have already been registered to a terminal.)
- Due to the nature of products used overseas, refund requests due to reasons such as activation failure, inability to use, or eSIM malfunction may not be due to product issues but rather to terminals in use, insufficient settings, or temporary communication failures. Therefore, only cases approved after consultation with the customer center (phone, email, etc.) using local Wi-Fi, etc. will be processed.
- Refunds requested after returning to Korea without prior confirmation may not be processed.
- eSIM products can only be registered and used on the terminal they were first registered on.
- Re-registration on another terminal is not possible after registration once.

Cancellation/refund is only applicable to cases received during business hours (09:00-18:00) on weekdays.
