- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.
(However, refunds for the following month may be difficult to process, and refunds are not possible if the product has been used or already registered on the device.)
- Due to the nature of products used locally overseas, refund requests due to activation failure, unavailability, or eSIM defects may be due to issues with the device being used, inexperience with settings, or temporary communication failures, rather than product issues. Refunds will only be processed upon approval after consultation with customer service (phone, email, etc.) using local Wi-Fi, etc.
- Refunds may not be processed for requests made after returning to your home country without prior confirmation.
- eSIM products can only be registered and used on the device for which they were first registered.
- Re-registration on another device after initial registration is not possible.

• Cancellation/refund requests are only accepted during business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations made outside of business hours will be processed as if received on the next business day (based on business hours).
• You must receive confirmation of cancellation after requesting it within business hours for cancellations and refunds.
