Cancellation and Refund
• This product has a minimum number of people. Changes/cancellations are possible while on standby on the selected date, but changes/cancellations are not possible after confirmation. However, if the minimum number of people (6 people) has already been met on the selected date, the rules below apply.

• Cancellation 15 days before departure date: 10% of payment amount deducted
• Cancellation within 14 to 8 days of departure: 25% of payment amount deducted
• Cancellation within 7 to 3 days of departure: 50% of payment amount deducted
• If canceled within 2 to 2 days of departure date: Cancellation/change/refund not possible.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
