The tour starts at Shelly Beach. A qualified guide gives a friendly safety briefing and helps you comfortably fit your snorkel, mask, and rash vest. Flotation devices such as pool noodles are provided for non-swimmers, and life jackets are provided for 1:1 sessions.

Snorkel in Cabbage Tree Bay Aquatic Reserve

Enjoy about 1 hour of guided snorkeling in Cabbage Tree Bay, a protected area full of marine biodiversity. The calm, clear water makes it easy for first-time snorkelers and families to enjoy. Your guide stays with you in the water the whole time and provides personalized coaching so you can explore at your own pace.

Look for blue gropers and sea turtles

You may have the chance to see blue gropers, schools of reef fish, rays, playful cuttlefish, and sea turtles. Touching marine life is not allowed, so please observe with your eyes only.
