What to Remember
- Please include the hotel name in your request when making a reservation.
- When making a reservation, please select Scenic World or Tracking Course and leave a comment in your request. If there are no other requests, please proceed to Scenic World.
- Scenic World admission tickets are charged at the child rate for children under 16 years old, so please inform us in advance when making a reservation.
- We recommend signing up for individual travel insurance.
- If you have children under the age of 8, you must notify us in advance to allow them to ride in the vehicle.
- In Australia, car seats are mandatory for children under 8 years of age. Just let us know in advance and we will install the car seat for free.
- If you board the car without requesting a car seat, you may be denied boarding on the same day, so please check.
- Depending on the number of people, vehicles will be allocated as a 7-seater Foxy, an 8-seater Staria, or a 12-seater Renault Master. Light luggage is allowed on board.
- Since the tour lasts for a long time, it is a good idea to prepare some snacks.
- Regarding admission to Scenic World, you will not be able to enter unless you make a reservation in advance during peak season.
- If the minimum number of guests is not met, the tour may be cancelled.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
- It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
Cancellation and Refund
- If notified 20 days prior to the start of the trip (29~20): 10% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
- When notified 6 days before the start of the trip (19~6): 15% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
- If notified 1 to 5 days prior to the start of the trip: 20% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
- On the day of travel ~ upon notification before the start of the tour: 50% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
* Cancellation request date and time is based on the local time of the travel product.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
