How to use:

• Bali Pocket Wi-Fi is a product picked up at Bali Airport.
• If the reservation date is exceeded, an excess fee will be charged on site.
• Reservations can be confirmed within 24 - 48 hours on business days.
• Internet speeds in Bali may be slow even for 3G/4G. Exchanges/refunds are not possible due to internet speed.
• If the mobile app automatic update function is activated, data may run out quickly.
• Additional charges may apply if data is exceeded/use period is exceeded.
• It can be used for 5 to 6 hours when fully charged, but if you want to use it for a long time, please bring an auxiliary battery with you.
• A deposit is required upon receipt, and if there is no problem with the device upon return, the deposit will be refunded.
• If there is excess usage upon return, you will have to pay an additional fee.
