• The vehicle is provided as a 6-seat vehicle by default and can accommodate up to 5 people. (If you have no luggage at all)
• Since there is no separate trunk space in the vehicle, we recommend 2 to 4 passengers if you have luggage. (For 4 people, vehicle upgrade is possible after paying additional fee)
• If the driver forces you to go to a place not included in the tour itinerary, go shopping or give a tip, please strongly refuse on the spot. (For a clean travel culture, we provide training to drivers in advance to not force them to shop.)
• Any additional fees other than those included will be charged on site.
• Local admission tickets may differ from the prices listed depending on local circumstances.
• Depending on local traffic conditions, etc., you must discuss and coordinate the schedule directly with the driver.
• The meeting time may change depending on your hotel location.

• There are many wild monkeys in Monkey Forest and Uluwatu Temple, so please be careful with your belongings and avoid touching them.

• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.

– If canceled 14 days or more before the tour start date: 100% refund of the total amount booked
– If canceled 13 to 8 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount booked will be charged.
– If canceled 7 to 4 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 60% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
– If canceled 0 to 3 days prior to the tour start date or on the same day: Full refund is not possible.
