• This tour can be reserved for a minimum of 2 people and is available for ages 10 to 65.
• When making a reservation for one person, you must pay for two people to use it.
• No separate happy call will be made to your room upon pickup. Please wait earlier than the meeting time.
• It cannot be used by pregnant women, people with heart disease, spinal disease, or eardrum problems.
• Additional fees apply for pick-up/drop-off outside of Nusa Dua, Kuta, Legian, and Seminyak areas.
• If it is difficult to meet the driver and you take a taxi without requesting assistance in advance, no refund is possible.
• The pickup/sending service provided by the company is basically shared with other customers.
• Other customers may show up late or arrive late depending on traffic conditions, and we cannot complain about this.
• If the company vehicle is late, please contact the company via KakaoTalk or the phone number listed on the voucher.
• In the case of Bali Club Med, the driver's access is restricted and pickup is carried out in a security area. Hotels like these provide information regarding meeting points in advance.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
