• When entering Turtle Island, you must pay an individual environmental tax for environmental protection.
• Glass Bottom Boat + Turtle Island is priced per boat and can accommodate up to 10 people.
• If you are unable to use the service due to weather or the company's unavoidable local circumstances, we will issue a 100% refund.
• Please provide the exact pick-up location (hotel name), and in the case of a low-cost hotel, please also provide the hotel's phone number.
• The situation at Benoa Beach, where marine sports are held, is that the sea water goes out in the afternoon, so please use it before 14:00 PM.
• There are shower facilities, but they are not of a good standard. We recommend that you use it briefly and then use it properly after returning to the hotel.
• If the wind blows, parasailing may not be possible for safety reasons, in which case a bonnet boat will be used instead. If you do not want to use the donut boat, you can use other water sports at an additional cost.
• The price for children is the same as for adults, and is available for ages 5 and older. However, there are some differences depending on physique, and it is up to the employee of the relevant company to decide whether to proceed. If you are unable to use the service on the day due to cancellation, we will issue a 100% refund.

If you cancel after confirming your reservation - a cancellation fee of 10,000 won per person will be applied.
When changing a reservation after confirming the reservation - a change fee of 5,000 won per person will be applied.
