• This tour is a join tour that can be reserved for a minimum of 2 people. (Available for 1 child + 1 adult)
• In the case of cruise products, the itinerary may be canceled if the minimum number of people on board is not met depending on the on-site reservation situation. If cancellation is due to the company's circumstances, a normal refund will be issued.
• Cancellation notification due to lack of minimum number of passengers may be made 1-3 days prior to the date of use, and no additional compensation will be provided due to such cancellation notification.
• Sudden changes requested a day in advance or on the same day via KakaoTalk or Messenger are not possible. When making your first reservation, please check carefully before making a reservation.
• If there is a problem with the food condition on the day, please complain to the restaurant immediately on site. (Ex. The food is not delicious, the restaurant is dirty, there are bugs, etc.)
• Age criteria: Adult: 15 years or older / Child: 4-14 years old.
• You are responsible for theft/loss of your personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost items.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• You must sign up for travel insurance in case something goes wrong while traveling abroad.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Tour schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.

▶ Pick-up/drop service

• Additional local charges apply for areas outside of the free pickup area.
• Pick-up is not available in Uluwatu, Tanah Lot, and Ubud areas.
• We do not provide a separate happy call to your room. Please show up earlier than the meeting time and wait.
• Complimentary round-trip pick-up service is provided for southern Bali areas. Please inquire before booking for exact availability.
• The pick-up/sending service provided by the company is basically shared with other customers.
• Other customers may show up late or arrive late depending on traffic conditions, and no complaints will be made about this.
• If the company vehicle is late, please contact the emergency contact number listed on the voucher.
• If the pick-up/drop-off location is different, please be sure to check directly with the driver.
• After meeting with the driver, you must check the driver's contact information directly and communicate with him.
• Due to poor road conditions in Bali, the pick-up vehicle may be delayed from the scheduled time.
• Complaints/refunds due to delay in pick-up meeting time are not possible.
• If you store your luggage at the company's office, it will be difficult to compensate for loss.
• In the case of Bali Club Med, the driver's access is restricted and pickup is carried out in a security area. Hotels like these will provide you with information regarding meeting points in advance.
• If you take a taxi without prior assistance or confirmation because it is difficult to meet the driver, you will be considered a no-show.

– If canceled 13 to 8 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
– When canceled 7 to 4 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation amount is charged.
– If canceled 0 to 3 days prior to the tour start date or on the same day: Full refund is not possible.
