How To Use
1. Please check the voucher sent to your email.
2. Download the ‘Citycards Global’ app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
3. Enter the unique code written on the voucher into the app.
4. When reserving tickets to an attraction, please create a ticket 5 minutes before admission.
5. Depending on the option, it can be used for 2 or 3 days.
What to Remember
- Refunds are not possible after reservation.
- Must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Valid for 2 or 3 days from first use, depending on option selected.
- Special Savings benefits are valid for 30 days after first use.
- Children are defined as ages 4 to 15.
- Ticket redemption is only possible through the mobile app. It can be exchanged once every 60 minutes.
- The ticket you create is valid for 5 minutes in the app. We recommend that you create a ticket after arriving at the attraction you wish to use.
- If you accidentally or intentionally close the app, you may not be able to use the service.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.
