From Melbourne: Great Ocean Road & 12 Apostles Day Tour - Helicopter Option

Depart Melbourne
and drive the Great Ocean Road

After pickup from one of 5 designated locations in Melbourne, you will spend about 12 hours exploring the Great Ocean Road. The route does not return along the same road. First, stop at the Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery for free time to browse and enjoy a treat. Then take photos at the historic Memorial Arch at Eastern View as you enter the Great Ocean Road.

Enjoy the coastal towns of Lorne and Apollo Bay

Take a short break in the seaside town of Lorne to explore the beach and local atmosphere. Pass scenery such as the Cumberland River on the way to Apollo Bay, where you have a lunch break and time to explore the cafes, beach and coastal walks.

At Barham River Road, enjoy a bushland walk and look for native Australian wildlife in its natural habitat. Then travel through Great Otway National Park, where ancient forest meets the coastline.

See the 12 Apostles and Loch Ard Gorge

Walk along the viewing platforms to admire the 12 Apostles, limestone stacks rising from the sea. Explore Loch Ard Gorge, where powerful waves meet towering cliffs, and visit London Bridge, which catches golden light in the cooler months.

※ Wildlife lives in the wild, so sightings cannot be guaranteed.
