Never book this. I paid a lot of money for a large family trip for seven people because the reviews were so good. The company I'd supposedly contacted the day before didn't respond, and the winds were strong that morning, so I figured kayaking wouldn't be possible. I contacted the local company through Wag.com. They said they'd sent me a confirmation email, but I never received it, and they hung up, telling me to check my email. I checked all my emails again, then called again to say I hadn't received one. I asked if kayaking was possible with the wind so strong, and they said yes. The clouds were thick, so I gave up on watching the sunset or stars and headed to the meeting point. The meeting point was in someone else's store parking lot, so I was told to move out. I somehow managed to find a staff member who'd said two would be there, but only one showed up. We headed towards the beach. It was like an uninhabited island with nothing around, and it seemed like no one would be able to help if something happened. But as we neared the beach, the wind got even worse, gusting like a typhoon. My parents are in their 70s and have a 9-year-old and a 12-year-old, so it seemed dangerous. I asked the staff member if it was safe. They said it wouldn't be too bad if the kayak flipped over in the wind, as the water wasn't deep, but if I was worried, I could just ride right in front of them for 10 minutes and take pictures. I hadn't paid even 10,000 won, and I was appalled. The wind was so strong that my parents, who couldn't swim and couldn't handle it, decided to go back to their car. We were thinking about doing it on our own, but the winds got even stronger, so it just wasn't possible. I asked if we could cancel, and they said they'd talk to the owner, but they said they could cancel, but no refunds. I was appalled. The day before, the owner of the jungle tour canceled the tour, saying it was dangerous due to my parents' age, and gave us a full refund. I wondered what the employee had done wrong, so we all came back to cancel. I booked through Wag, so I was going to explain the situation to them and request a refund. But Wag, who had contacted the company for over a week, pretended not to know anything, saying they hadn't heard back. There's no proactive consultation or guidance, and when I ask, they just keep saying they're checking. When I pay 400,000 won, they immediately take it and pretend not to know anything. It's the same with Wagna and that company. This is the worst. Never book with them.
