Admire views you've never seen before
The rooftop observatory has a wooden deck and ceiling that gives the feeling of being open without windows, and allows you to feel the wind, sounds, and smells of Hiroshima as it is. It is a unique place where you can view Hiroshima's two World Heritage sites at the same time, including the Peace Memorial Park, the Atomic Bomb Dome, and even Miyajima's Misan on a clear day.
In addition, there is a permanent take-out cafe, so you can relax and enjoy the view of Hiroshima city while enjoying snacks or drinks on the gentle hill of the rooftop observatory.
Spiral slope, Sanpozaka
Sanpozaka is a 9-story spiral slope on the east side of Orizuru Tower, and you can walk up and down from the 1st floor to the rooftop observatory. The length from top to bottom (walking distance) is approximately 450m, and there is a slide that spins and slides in the center of the spiral slope, so you can enjoy a thrilling experience by going down on a special slide sheet.
There are separate slide seats for adults and children, so you can ride safely. In addition, there is an exhibition of original works by famous cartoonists on the west wall, making it an attractive space unique to Orizuru Tower where you can actively enjoy climbing up and down.
