A completely new experience

A completely new experience in Hunter Valley! The hot air balloon experience proceeds in the following order.

1. Arrival :
About an hour before sunrise, when you arrive at Peterson House, located at the corner of Wine Country Drive and Broke Road in Pokolbin, the Hunter Valley Ballooning team will greet you.

2. Preparing to depart :
There are more than 12 departure points in the Hunter Valley, and the most suitable departure point is selected depending on the morning conditions.
The on-site staff will show you a safety demonstration, so all you have to do is prepare to start your flight.

3. Flight :
Fly over the vineyards and countryside of the lower Hunter Valley for 45-60 minutes. 
You can watch the sunrise as you soar to a height of over 2,000 feet above the valley floor.

4. Breakfast :
After the flight, return to Peterson House and enjoy a delicious sparkling wine breakfast at Restaurant Cuvee.
