• Children under 3 years old can enter for free. Please indicate the number of children and their ages in the options box when making a reservation. Please also bring your passport on the day of admission.
• Travelers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult guardian over the age of 18.
• Facilities for the disabled are provided.
• After 20:00 on Fridays and Saturdays, only those aged 18 or older and wearing formal attire are allowed to enter.
• Operating hours may change for various reasons, including private events, facility maintenance, and safety. In this case, please understand that we cannot provide you with advance information, and we recommend that you check the official website before departure.
• Tickets are non-refundable, so please check operating hours before visiting.
• We recommend wearing clothing appropriate for the location. You may be refused entry if you wear sleeveless clothing, short skirts (hot pants), or shoes that expose your feet. Please note that in this case, date changes and refunds are not possible.
• Dangerous weapons (knives, guns, baseball bats, etc.), shoes and tools with wheels (bicycles, skateboards, etc.), food, beverages (except water), alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, pets, and professional filming (sound) equipment are prohibited upon entry. Equipment, oversized bags (more than 25 inches in height, 17 inches in width, and 9 inches in depth), and items that may affect the safety of others are not permitted.
• The view from the observatory may be affected by the weather.
• There is a limit to the number of visitors to the observatory. You can enter in the order of arrival at the site, and if the number of visitors on the day is full, you will not be able to enter.
• If you do not follow internal regulations such as noise, you may be refused entry or ejected. In this case, date changes and refunds are not possible.
• Smoking is completely prohibited inside the observatory.
• Photos, videos or audio files taken at tourist attractions may be used for personal use only. Please note that commercial use is not permitted without written consent from the local tourist attraction.
• Tourist destinations have the right to film visitors and use filmed materials as promotional tools. Upon entering the tourist attraction, the visitor is deemed to have agreed to this content.
• Free parking is provided, but as the number of parking spaces available is limited, free parking is not guaranteed.
