Ekajaya Speed Boat
Ekajaya Fast Boat is a leading ferry company that operates between Bali Island, Lombok & Gili Islands. Established in 1999, it currently has over 200 employees and operates daily flights. This is the fastest, most comfortable and pleasant service connecting Bali and Gili.
From Bali to Gili, from Gili to Bali. A place where moving itself becomes a sentimental journey! The comfortable and comfortable Ekajaya speedboats fill up quickly, so make a reservation in advance!
From Padangbai, Bali to Gili
The departure point for the ferry from Bali to Gili is Padang Bai. After being picked up from each hotel, upon arrival in Padang Bai, check in at the Eka Jaya Ticket Office and then board the ship at the boarding location according to the sailing time. It takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes by ferry from Padang Bai to Gili Trawangan.
After arriving at the Gili Islands and getting off at the dock, collect your luggage and move on. Please note that there is no public transportation, including cars, on the Gili Islands, so you will have to walk, bicycle, or use the local horse-drawn carriage!

When the ferry departs, you can go up to the second floor deck. You can relax in the cool air-conditioned interior, or go up to the deck and enjoy the sun, sea, and cool breeze with a beer sold at Eka Jaya. (However, the sunlight is strong, so be careful of sunburn!)
From Gili to Padang Bai, Bali
If you have purchased a round-trip ticket from Bali ↔ Gili, you must purchase the ticket or check-in in advance at least 1 day before leaving Gili Trawangan. Please go to the Eka Jaya office at the port where you disembarked and make a reservation for boarding.
For reference, the itinerary to go from Gili Trawangan to Padangbai takes 2 hours and 30 minutes because, unlike coming in from Bali, you stop by all the islands (Meno, Air, and Bangsal, Lombok). It takes about an hour longer than coming from Padangbai, Bali to Gili, so please keep that in mind when planning your travel itinerary!
What if you want exclusive pickup?
If you would like individual pickup for just your group, you can select it as an additional option when making a reservation.
If you add the private pick-up option, you can get to the port more quickly and comfortably. Also, please note that although airport drop-off is possible, airport pick-up is not possible as the flight may not arrive on time!

What to Remember
- Please be sure to enter the pick-up hotel name, drop-off hotel name, English names of all users, and usage time (both Padang Bai and Gili/Lombok for round trip) in the request field.
- When making a reservation, please provide accurate information required for boarding.
- Bali-Gili takes 1 hour and 30 minutes / Gili-Bali takes 2 hours and 30 minutes.
- If you would like individual pick-up, you can select this option.
- There is a port entrance fee (10,000 rupiah per person for Padang Bai and Gili), so it is recommended to bring cash.
- Please make a reservation according to the correct season: Peak season (March 4-9 - Bali holiday nyepiday / July-August / December 20-January 2 Christmas & New Year)
- For round-trip tickets, please be careful not to lose the return ticket you received at Padang Bai. Responsibility in case of loss
- If vehicle movement is difficult due to road conditions, such as at a guest house, pickup may not be possible or the pickup area may be adjusted.
- Additional costs may apply depending on the location, distance, or route of the hotel within the area. (Uluwatu, outskirts of Ubud, etc.)
- It takes about 2 hours by car from Nusa Dua and Kuta to Padangbai Port.
- Please wait within the pick-up time. If you are late, you may be considered a no-show.
- Depending on sea conditions, boat maintenance may be required. At this time, the departure time may change somewhat, so we recommend that you plan your travel itinerary well.
- Very occasionally, ferry operations may be suspended due to poor sea weather conditions.
- Padangbai → Gili takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Gili → Padang Bai takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes, so please keep that in mind when making your schedule.
- We are not responsible for theft or loss that occurs during the trip, so please take care of your valuables during the tour. We also recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
- Padang Bai Port is where a lot of touting takes place. Some people impersonate Ekajaya employees, so please be careful.
