How To Use

Meeting Point:
Pick-up and drop-off will be provided from the airport or hotel.
* Additional costs will apply if the pick-up and drop-off location is outside or in another area. (Prior inquiry required/ KakaoTalk channel )
Meeting time:
After confirming the reservation, we will coordinate the meeting time.
* Please arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time.
* In the case of airport drop-off, we will meet you at the pick-up location approximately 3 hours to 3 hours and 30 minutes before flight departure.

What to Remember
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- Rates are per vehicle.
- 5-seater: passenger car / 7-seater: van / 15-seater: small bus.
- When booking a pick-up service from the airport , you must select the departure airport and flight departure date.
- If you are requesting airport → hotel, please fill in the departure date, departure flight number, departure time, drop hotel/hotel → airport, please fill in the return date, return flight number, return time, and pick-up hotel.
- Please enter the correct flight number. If you cannot use the pick-up service because you entered the flight number incorrectly, we will not be able to assist you.
- You can meet at the meeting point with the driver holding a meeting board with the reservation name written on it.
- The number of passengers in the vehicle includes the driver, so if you reserve an n-seat vehicle, you can accommodate up to n-1 people. (Example: When making a reservation for 5 people, up to 4 people can ride)
- If you have a lot of luggage, the number of passengers may be less than the maximum number of passengers, so please inquire in advance.
- Additional costs will apply if the pick-up & drop-off location is out of town or in other areas. (Prior inquiry required)
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
