• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Your reservation confirmation voucher will be individually notified via KakaoTalk.
• When making a reservation, please enter all users' passport information (Korean name, English name, passport number, gender, date of birth, passport expiration date) in the 'Requests' section.
• If you change the train number or time, a 20% fee will be charged.
• If you entered incorrect information, you can correct it up to 4 days before departure, before 2:00 PM, so please contact us using the contact information on your voucher.
• A 20% fee will be applied for corrections, repurchases, or cancellations due to incorrect information after purchasing a ticket. Seats may not be available upon repurchase.
• Tickets must be purchased 3 days prior to departure in order of receipt, and a QR code will be sent to you via KakaoTalk around 8 PM. If there are no seats available, the second priority seat indicated in the option field will be purchased.
• If there are no seats available for the second priority, we will inform you of an available train number, and if you do not wish to take the train, a refund is possible.
• If you are unable to purchase a ticket for the train number you requested, no other compensation will be provided.
• Seat selection is not possible on Laos trains. Seats are generally assigned in order of purchase, but may occasionally occur. Seat-related requests and complaints are not possible.
• If the QR code cannot be used due to a problem with the train company's own system, we cannot provide assistance.
• Train tickets cannot be transferred to others, and you must present the QR code and physical passport when boarding.
• Please arrive at the train station at least 30 minutes before departure time.
• Children under 150cm tall are charged 50% of the adult rate.
• Infants under 120cm in height can ride for free, but no separate seats are provided. We recommend purchasing a ticket with a 50% discount for children.
• You do not need to provide your passport information when boarding for free.
• Baggage is allowed up to 20 kg, and children’s luggage is allowed up to 10 kg.
• Passport information is discarded after purchasing a train ticket, but passport information registered in the train company system remains for 6 months, and additional IDs cannot be created with the same passport information.
• Please note that after purchasing a one-way ticket through Travelao, you cannot purchase a return ticket directly.
• Electronic cigarettes are subject to acquisition and fines, and MacGyver knives are subject to confiscation. However, there are no exact rules and each staff member applies the rules differently.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
