• Children under 3 are free.
• Children 3 to 10 years old will be charged child rates. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• The minimum number of people allowed to purchase is 2 or more.
• In the case of pickup, it is a joint pickup, not a single pickup. If you want to make your itinerary easier, we recommend adding a separate pick/drop option.
• The drop point location is the same as the meeting point. You can travel individually from the drop point to the hotel. There is also an optional private vehicle that can be dropped directly to your hotel, so please feel free to choose.
• The restaurant where you eat is equipped with a shower room equipped with shampoo and body wash, so you can take a quick shower after snorkeling.
• The fast boat used on this tour, Arthamas Express, runs from Sanur Port to Nusa Lembongan Port. If you miss the boat due to personal negligence, you will be held personally responsible.
• The insurance scheme is limited to requiring all guests to be in excellent condition during the tour. This tour is not recommended for people with special health conditions, physical disabilities, or pregnant women.
• This tour is conducted with a local professional underwater instructor with sufficient experience and skills. Please follow the instructor's instructions and refrain from taking unexpected actions that may cause a safety accident.
• There are many days when the UV rays are strong, so it is a good idea to prepare a hat and sunscreen in advance.
• This tour is a join-in tour. Please follow etiquette for the tourists who will be taking the tour with you.
• Except for typhoon-level bad weather, the tour will proceed as normal. In tropical Bali, rain is common during the rainy season (October to March) and usually clears.
• Repair fees will apply if the provided snorkeling equipment is lost or damaged.
• We are not responsible for theft or loss that occurs during the trip, so please take care of your valuables during the tour. We also recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Tour schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.
• If there is an emergency related to the tour locally, you must contact us through the emergency contact information at the bottom of the confirmed voucher sent to you.

If cancellation is requested up to 7 days before the travel date: refund after deducting 5,000 won per person for the reservation fee
If cancellation is requested 6 to 4 days prior to the travel date: 50% of the payment amount will be deducted and refunded.
3 days before travel date - same day or NoShow: No cancellation/change/refund possible

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
