BESTI used it well, including the pickup fee + admission ticket! I bought the Ferris wheel separately and rode it (200 baht, buy the ticket in front of the Ferris wheel). When picking up at the accommodation, they arranged a vehicle separately and a vehicle to take me to Nong Nooch Village, and gave me the driver's number! I rode the Ferris wheel for an hour early in the morning and watched the folk show and elephant show at 10:30, so the pickup time was exactly 12 o'clock.

What to Remember
- After arriving at Nong Nooch Village, you must exchange your ticket for a physical ticket before entering.
- This is a self-guided tour without a guide.
- Please contact us if you would like a private pick-up vehicle departing from Bangkok.
- For hotels outside of Pattaya, additional charges may apply and you will be contacted in advance.
- Additional fees incurred during pickup and drop-off can be paid on site.
- Changes to the drop-off location are possible until 6:00 PM the day before the tour.
- Bags can be stored in the vehicle. (Based on one 24-inch piece per person)
- The pick-up hotel and drop-off hotel do not have to be the same.
- You can use the elephant trekking and Nong Nooch Garden Ferris wheel after purchasing tickets on site.

Cancellation and Refund
- If notified after 9:00 PM 1 day prior to the travel date: Cancellation/refund is not possible.
