1. Pick-up will take place at the arrival hall of the airport you arrive at.
2. Pick-up will be conducted from the lobby of the hotel you are staying at.

• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Please be sure to adhere to the designated time. If you are late or a no-show, you will not be able to use the tour and no refund will be given.
• Please note that you are responsible for any safety accidents or loss of valuables caused by your own negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
• An additional charge of VND 100,000 (KRW 6,000/unit) will apply for late-night arrivals (after 8:00 PM).
• If you would like to pick up/drop off in Dalat/Phan Rang/Mui Ne/Quy Nhon, please inquire and we will be happy to help.
• Tet Holiday (1/25~2/3) is the Vietnamese Lunar New Year (Tet) holiday period, so an additional fee of 100,000 VND per vehicle will be charged for airport pick-up and drop-off, which must be paid locally.

• If cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the date of use: A full refund will be issued. • If canceled 24 hours prior to the date of use: 50% refunded. • If canceled on the day of use: No refund. • Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible. • Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
