Anywhere you stay in the hotel
You can leave your luggage at any hotel in Nha Trang where you are staying. When you check out, you can leave your luggage at the hotel lobby and we will pick it up and deliver it to the airport. You can even leave it at a spa or other establishment and just contact us to pick it up. We can accommodate any travel plans, so we highly recommend it to those who are traveling independently in Nha Trang.
Instructions for use
I'll show you how to send your luggage from the hotel. Just leave your luggage at the hotel lobby before 12:00 PM on the day you need it delivered. Just write down some simple information, such as your room and name, and you're done. It's really easy, right?

How To Use
- Please check your mobile voucher in your email or Wag app.
- Please present your mobile voucher on site on the day of use.
- The voucher is valid only on the specified date.
How to use:
1. Before 12:00 PM, write your room number, English name, total number of luggage you wish to check in, departure flight number, and “BTS” on the hotel baggage tag and leave it with the hotel bellboy or front desk.
2. When checking in your bag, please show the image below.
3. After checking in your luggage at the hotel, take a picture of your bag and tag and send it to the KakaoTalk channel ‘ Safe BTS ’.
* If you are staying at an Airbnb, condo, guesthouse, or pool villa, on-site pick-up or drop-off is not possible. You can pick up your luggage by leaving it at a spa or other establishment and then contacting us.
How to collect your luggage:
1. A staff member is waiting in front of the Safe BTS banner in front of Pillar 7 on the 1st floor of the Nha Trang International Airport Arrival Hall.
2. You can pick up your luggage after notifying us of your arrival through KakaoTalk Channel Talk.

What to Remember
- Please reserve the service according to the number of luggage you wish to carry.
- Please make your reservation date the date you check out of the hotel and leave your luggage.
- Be sure to lock your luggage.
- Please write your room number, English name, total number of checked luggage, and departure flight number on the bag tag.
- If a small auxiliary bag and carrier are included in the set, the number of pieces of luggage is 2.
- If there is a change in the number of luggage you have reserved, please notify us in advance.
- If you are staying at an Airbnb, condo, guesthouse, or pool villa, on-site pick-up or drop-off is not possible. You can leave your luggage at a spa or other establishment and then contact us for pick-up.
- Please leave your luggage at the hotel before 12:00 PM. We cannot accept requests for specific times.
- The name of the person making the reservation must be identical to the name of the person making the hotel reservation.
- You are responsible for any loss or damage to your luggage.
- If you fail to drop off your baggage at the designated time, no full refund will be given.
- Please make sure that your luggage does not contain any prohibited items, such as explosive substances, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizing substances, radioactive substances, corrosive substances, or other hazardous materials.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- Please note that you are responsible for any safety accidents or loss of valuables caused by your own negligence.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
- For Vietnamese products, additional charges (local payment, etc.) may apply on Vietnamese national/public holidays due to increased labor and vehicle costs.
Cancellation and Refund
• Full refund is not possible if cancellation is made 2 days after the date of use.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
