What to Remember
- Children over 140cm tall are eligible for adult fares, children between 100cm and 140cm tall are eligible for child fares, and infants under 100cm tall are free of charge.
- Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by a parent to participate in the tour.
- Additional charges will apply if you use the pick-up and drop-off service from hotels outside of Duong Dong city center.

Cancellation and Refund
• Full refund is not possible if cancellation is made after 6 PM the day before the date of use.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
