Phu Quoc International Airport Peaktime Fast Track Service - Arrival & Departure

Use the VIP fast track lane
on arrival or departure at Phu Quoc Airport

This fast track service is designed to help you save time during arrival and departure procedures at Phu Quoc International Airport. With assistance from airport staff, you can use the dedicated fast track lane, the designated VIP immigration lane, to complete immigration and airport formalities more efficiently. Choose either arrival or departure when booking, and make your reservation at least 2 days before the service date.

Meet the staff at the designated meeting point

A notification message will be sent via KakaoTalk within 1 day after booking. Follow the instructions to submit the required information, such as your full name as shown on your passport, flight number and travel date, and confirm that all details are correct. When you arrive at the designated meeting point at the airport, look for the staff holding a Peaktime signboard and give your name. Then follow the meeting instructions provided by the operator.

Go through immigration in the dedicated lane

Follow the staff to get priority access to the designated VIP immigration lane. However, waiting time may still occur when there are many fast track passengers from the same flight, or depending on passenger volume, flight conditions and airport operations. All passengers remain subject to immigration and airport procedures, so immediate clearance is not guaranteed.

※ Final immigration clearance is subject to the airport and immigration authorities.
※ A surcharge applies on Vietnamese public holidays.
