[John's Tour] Phu Quoc Sunset & Night Squid Fishing Tour

I wanted to spend a special night in Phu Quoc, so I booked with Jones Tour, said to be the largest company in the area, and the result was absolutely satisfying! The sunset I witnessed while out on the boat was so red and dazzling—like the sky was on fire—that I couldn't help but marvel the entire time I watched it.

 After busy taking the perfect shot against the sunset backdrop, night fell before I knew it, and squid fishing began in earnest. Honestly, I was worried about not catching a single one, but thanks to the crew members who kindly taught me how to cast and shared some great tips, I got to experience the thrill of the catch and managed to land one!

 Everyone was shouting and cheering together on the boat, and it felt like a festival atmosphere; I had so much fun. I highly recommend this as a night course in Phu Quoc!

I booked a trip to Phu Quoc because I was told I had to see the sunset, and I had a wonderful time. The sunset from the boat and the constantly changing colors of the sea as the sun sets were even more beautiful in person than in the photos.
 I honestly didn't have high expectations for squid fishing, but it was so much more fun than I expected that I didn't even realize how much time had passed. I caught one, and it was fun watching others catch their own.
 The boat was clean and the staff took care of us, so we enjoyed our stay comfortably. 🤗

It was the best experience! It was so much fun to go squid fishing with kids^^ The sunset was so pretty and the guide was really nice, so we made some great memories.

First of all, the local company is difficult to reach. Even when I sent messages with inquiries, they didn't read them. On the day of pickup, the vehicle was 20 minutes late, and even when I sent a message, they kept ignoring it until I was already in the car when they finally replied. (I was worried my reservation might not have been booked, so I looked up the local number and tried calling, but no one answered. I couldn't even contact WAG because it was the weekend.) We somehow managed to get there, but they crammed too many people onto the small boat, leaving no room to fish. We were packed tight, yet some people couldn't find a spot and were fishing dangerously at the bow, which lacked a railing. I went expecting that we wouldn't catch any squid, but there was absolutely no space, so we couldn't even fish. I debated with another company until the very last minute, but I chose this one because it's famous; now I regret not just going with a different company.
