This service lets you go through arrival and departure formalities at Phu Quoc International Airport in the priority lane, guided by airport staff. Skip the long lines so you can start your trip right after landing, or prepare for boarding at ease before your flight. Choose from Arrival Diamond VIP, Arrival Standard VIP or Departure Standard VIP to suit your schedule.

Arrival: staff greet you with a name sign

After landing, a staff member holding a sign with your name meets you at the aircraft exit, passenger bridge or terminal building, depending on your flight. Show your passport to the staff and go with them; they assist with immigration and then you pass through the priority lane.

With Standard VIP, staff also help with the visa-on-arrival application in the VIP lane as well as customs and security clearance. With Diamond VIP, you meet staff holding a placard with your English name in the international arrival hall, go through immigration together, then collect your luggage.

Departure: VIP lane after check-in

Arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before departure and check in with your airline first. Send a message to the operator when you are on your way to the meeting point, the LUCKY CAFE & FASTFOOD counter, to meet the staff.

Staff guide you through pre-flight procedures such as customs and security checks in the VIP lane, saving you time in line. The departure service does not include visa services.

※ If your service time is between 23:00 and 06:00, a night surcharge of VND 125,000 (USD 5) is paid directly on site.
※ The visa stamping fee (USD 25 per person) is not included and is paid directly to the immigration authority.
