Atmosphere Story
Located at the heart of the Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building, Atmosphere is recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records as the "highest restaurant in the world," and, true to its name, is the closest restaurant to the atmosphere. Its story goes beyond mere height, demonstrating how human imagination and challenge can elevate to the ultimate culinary experience.
The birth of 'Atmosphere' began with a dream to transform Burj Khalifa into more than just a skyscraper, but a 'Vertical City' offering an unparalleled experience. Developer Emaar, guided by the philosophy that "the best views should be accompanied by the best dining," designed a dramatic experience where guests ascend to the 123rd floor in just one minute via a dedicated elevator and descend to the 122nd floor below, as if they were descending from the sky to begin their meal.
The interior was designed by world-renowned designer Adam D. Tihany. He designed the space, reminiscent of the lounge of a luxury yacht, with flowing curves, mahogany walls, and premium leather furniture, all of which offer unobstructed views of the glittering Dubai skyline and the azure waters of the Arabian Gulf. Every design element was meticulously orchestrated to ensure the surreal vistas unfolding before you were the star of the show.
