What to Remember
- We recommend purchasing individual travel insurance.
- This product is a private tour and operates in a 4-wheel drive vehicle that seats 7 people. Additional vehicles will be added when booking for 7 or more people.
- Children under 3 years of age can participate for free. Please provide information about the child (date of birth).
- A professional English-speaking driving guide, who holds a safari guide certification and driving license from Dubai Tourism, will lead the entire itinerary from pick-up to drop-off.
- It is recommended to wear comfortable sandals or slippers as sand may enter the area.
- We recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and a scarf.
- Even people who suffer from severe motion sickness can enjoy dune bashing if they take motion sickness medication in advance.
- The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
- Tour schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.
Cancellation and Refund
- If notified 20 days prior to the start of the trip (29~20): 10% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
- When notified 6 days before the start of the trip (19~6): 15% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
- If notified 1 to 5 days prior to the start of the trip: 20% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
- On the day of travel ~ upon notification before the start of the tour: 50% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
