Almaty: Kolsai & Kaindy Lake Day Tour

Our actual tour guide was late for more than 1 hour. We waited for her in the bus. Noone could contact her, so the other guide had to come. Even though we started with 1 hour delay, tour agenda didnt change, we just arrived one hour late in Almaty. Overall, tour was good, spectacular viewpoints, good tour guide. We just didnt like the lunch. They took us to a cafe with mostly asian foods available. The rest was quite good, enough time for each place.

We had such a great experience on the Charyn Canyon, Black Canyon, Kaindy Lake and Kolsay Lake tour. Everything was really well organised and the timing was just right at each place, so we never felt rushed. Our guide, Aya, was definitely one of the highlights of the trip. She was very knowledgeable and shared so many interesting facts and stories about the places we visited — things we definitely wouldn’t have known just from searching online. She was also really entertaining and made the long journey feel enjoyable. We were also given the option to stop for some really good local food, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a beautiful and memorable day, and I would definitely recommend the tour. If you’re going, I’d especially recommend having Aya as your guide — she really made the experience even better!

Doing the Kolsai Lakes, Kaindy Lake, and Charyn Canyon trip in a single day is a serious itinerary, but this tour was handled with absolute perfection. From the very start of the day, our guide zhanna was a total stand-out. We're talking 10/10 passion, relentless commitment, and a winning attitude that elevated the entire group's experience from start to finish. You can immediately tell when someone genuinely loves what they do-the energy, drive, and dedication to making sure every guest had an exceptional time were unmatched. The landscapes of Almaty are stunning on their own, but having a guide with this level of enthusiasm and care turned a great trip into an epic one. Every stop was seamless, every detail was looked after, and the vibe throughout the day was brilliant. If you're considering booking this tour, do not hesitate. Huge credit to the guide for bringing maximum effort and making this one of the absolute highlights of my travel. Exceptional service!

Потрясающая природа, виды, свежий воздух. Отличная ознакомительная экскурсия. по каньону хотелось гулять дольше) И хотелось бы чтобы была остановка в красивом месте для встречи заката. А так все было супер, появилось желание вновь посетить Казахстан
