Cancellation and Refund
• Cancellations made before 6:00 PM on the 5th day of use: 50% refund available.
• Cancellations made after 6:00 PM on the 5th day of use: No refund available.
• Cancellation/refund requests must be submitted during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations made outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellations and refund requests must be submitted during business hours and confirmed upon receipt of cancellation confirmation.
