Cancellation and Refund

※ Full refund is available if the pass is not registered (activated) within 11 months from the reservation date, excluding the issuance fee (issuance fee: KRW 15,000).
※ Passes cannot be refunded once activated or if the usage date has passed (cancellation requests must be made by 5 PM on Friday, and cancellation requests on weekends/holidays cannot be confirmed).
