• You will receive a booking confirmation and a message via Talk within 1 day of completing your reservation.
• After checking the message, provide your reservation number, pick-up, and drop-off locations to complete your booking confirmation.
• Present your mobile voucher at the meeting point.
• Valid only on the specified date and time.

Location :
Pick-up will be arranged at your requested location (airport or hotel)

* Airport pick-up or drop-off: Please be sure to enter your flight time and hotel name.
* Intercity travel: Please be sure to enter your hotel name or departure/arrival location.

Operating Hours :
The driver will be waiting for you at the date and time specified at the time of booking.

- If notified up to 30 days prior to the start of the trip (~30): Full refund of the tour price
- If notified up to 20 days prior to the start of the trip (29~20): 20% deduction of the product price
- If notified up to 7 days prior to the start of the trip (19~7): 30% deduction of the product price
- If notified up to 4 days prior to the start of the trip (6~4): 50% deduction of the product price
- If notified up to the day of departure (3~day of departure): Cancellation/refund not possible

• Cancellation/refund requests are accepted only during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), and cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and must be confirmed.
