Cancellation and Refund
* Unused reservations can be canceled at any time during the ticket validity period.
* If the reservation is confirmed as unused, a cancellation request will be automatically submitted 2 days after the scheduled usage date. However, processing may be slightly delayed on public holidays. If the reservation includes several products with different automatic cancellation request submission times, the automatic cancellation request will be submitted according to the product with the latest request time. If there are already used items among the products included in the reservation, the unused products excluding them are not included in the automatic cancellation request target.
