A Tour to Discover Historic
Alsace Wine Cellars
Your journey begins with a welcome tasting of Alsace's signature wines, cultivated organically with the essence of pristine nature. After watching a video explaining the process from vine to bottle, you'll enter a historic wine cellar dating back to 1850, filled with the depth of time. The giant oak barrels over 100 years old and the artisan barrels engraved with the family crest, exhibited at the 1900 World's Fair, fill the entire space with an antique and warm ambiance.
The highlight of the tour is a 180-degree immersive media mapping show projected onto a 100-year-old oak barrel. The winery's history and the story of the grape harvest unfold fantastically with light, music, and illumination, offering an unforgettable thrill and childlike joy to everyone, from children to adults. After the tasting, share a delicious Kougelhopf, a traditional Alsatian bread, and take home a sense of complete tranquility and precious memories to cherish.
