Samhaesoju is a traditional Seoul liquor with a long history, and its brewing method has been passed down through generations of artisans. Currently, artisan Kim Hyun-jong continues this tradition, having learned and practiced the brewing methods from artisan Kim Tae-sang for over 10 years.
