Meet your tour guide and fellow riders at Sunset Ranch, just minutes from Hollywood Boulevard and the Walk of Fame. Each rider will be provided with a horse and helmet, and no prior riding experience is needed. Once ready, mount your horse and begin your approximately 1-hour horseback riding tour towards the Hollywood Hills.

Gaze upon the Hollywood Sign and Griffith Observatory

As you ascend the trail, admire the panoramic views unfolding before you, including the Hollywood Sign, the majestic Griffith Observatory, and Downtown Los Angeles. Enjoy the city from a unique perspective as you overlook the LA basin and skyline from horseback.

Explore the hills of Griffith Park at a leisurely pace

The horses walk in a relaxed, single-file pace, with at least one guide accompanying the group. While the trails are wide, horses tend to stay closer to the edges instinctively to survey their surroundings, so this tour is not recommended for those with severe acrophobia. You can bring your phone or a small camera, but no bags are allowed on the trail. You'll return to Sunset Ranch after the tour.
