Enter at the Skydeck entrance on S. Wacker Drive, pass through lobby security and have your mobile voucher scanned by staff. At your reserved time, take the elevator to the 103rd-floor Skydeck for views over the city, Lake Michigan and up to four states. With the Fast Pass option, you get priority access to the elevators and The Ledge.

Step out onto The Ledge glass balcony

The Ledge is a glass balcony that extends about 1.3 m out from the tower, letting you look straight down at the streets of Chicago. To reduce waiting times, each group of two has about 60 seconds on The Ledge for photos.

Discover Chicago through interactive exhibits

The museum-quality exhibits include Origins on the city's history and the Great Chicago Fire, Architecture with a virtual flight over the skyline, a life-size 'L' train, and Taste of Chicago with a giant pizza platform and hot dog bench. You'll also find Streetscapes featuring landmarks like Wrigley Field and The Bean, and Characters with a Second City stage.

Make the most of it with a film and the Skydeck app

Watch a theater presentation about the history of Willis Tower and Chicago's architecture. Download the Skydeck app on the free Wi-Fi to use its viewfinder to spot Chicago's top sights, and take souvenir photos at the social media photo wall and sequin wall on the 103rd floor.
