With your voucher you can walk past the ticket office straight to the entrance, so there is no need to wait in the ticket line. Wander the paths between lush tropical gardens and spacious natural habitats at your own pace.

Ride the guided bus tour and the Skyfari aerial tram

Your ticket includes a guided bus tour and a ride on the Skyfari aerial tram. Hop on the bus to see the zoo with a guide's commentary, and glide over the zoo on the Skyfari. Skip-the-line access applies only to the ticket office; you may need to queue for the Skyfari and the bus.

Meet popular animals at Panda Ridge
and the polar bear habitat

See giant pandas at the newly renovated Panda Ridge, and get close to polar bears at the Conrad Prebys Polar Bear Plunge. Step into the polar bear den, climb aboard an Arctic research helicopter and compare your height with a polar bear.

At Africa Rocks you can spot penguins, baboons, fossas and weaver birds. Along with koalas, tigers, flamingos and apes, you can also see unique species such as takins, tree kangaroos, Arctic foxes and pangolins.

Visit the Galápagos tortoises
and the Elephant Odyssey

At the Fetter Family Galápagos Tortoise Exhibit, meet the zoo's 17 tortoises and sometimes watch keepers feeding them. The Harry and Grace Steele Elephant Odyssey covers about 30,000 square meters and combines animal viewing with museum-style exhibits. Animal presentations, interactive experiences and wildlife ambassador encounters are also offered.
