It is about a 30-minute drive from Fairbanks. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and walking to the cabin. Take the Richardson Highway (AK-2) southeast, exit at Chena Lakes/Buzby Rd and follow the signs for the Chena Lakes Recreation Area. Continue into the recreation area along the dam road, turn left at the "Lake Park" sign and follow the road around the lake to the boat launch. Park near the restrooms and walk to the wooden cabin with the "Alaska Wilderness Adventures" sign.
