Fairbanks Cleary Summit Aurora Glass House - 270° Indoor Viewing

I have been twice in 3 days and will go again! The Tour guides (family owned and operated) are the most nicest, positive people ever! They will help you with your camera settings, (whether professional or cell phone), will let you know when the aurora's are coming and getting stronger, will take professional photos of you without extra charge and send them to you that same morning via text or email. The link never worked for me in text, so they sent it email and the link and pictures worked just fine and came out beautiful! So don't worry. The glass house is beautiful, warm, and very accommodating with so many snacks and chips and drinks. They have a prime spot, uninterrupted by other lights and a great mountain view as it is atop a mountain. There is education provided about the aurora's as well on the warm drive to the glass house. You can take pictures inside the warmth of the glass house too, because the glass! But for best pictures, definitely step outside and experience it!

Excellent tour! Stella and Michael were so helpful and knowledgeable from showing us how to set our cameras to giving us information about the Northern Lights. The glass building was comfortable and and had plenty of viewing spac. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

The guides were fantastic. Friendly and helpful. Took professional photos and helped with our personal camera settings. The Glass House was fabulous, comfortable, great snacks and beverages. Highly recommend.

Excellent Guide. The Glass House is the best experience. Our guide shoveled snow paths for us so that when the lights were bright we could go outside and enjoy them even more. Then when you decide you are getting too cold you can easily go back into the cabin and warm up. Also very nice to have an indoor restroom. Snacks and coffee, etc! Highly recommend doing this tour! Nice van for transportation.
