From Brisbane: Moreton Island Tangalooma Snorkeling & Helicopter Tour

Take a boat from Brisbane
to Tangalooma Island Resort

Board the boat at the Holt Street wharf in Pinkenba and cross to Moreton Island in about 75 minutes, taking in the views. One standard drink (soft drink, tea, coffee or water) is served on board. On arrival, use your day pass to enjoy the pools, cafes, restaurants, bars and beach, and have lunch with the included voucher (AUD 25 per adult, AUD 20 per child).

Snorkel the Tangalooma Wrecks with a guide

Head out to snorkel the Tangalooma Wrecks, home to a variety of reef fish, coral formations and marine life. The tour takes about 90 minutes including a safety briefing and boat ride, with about 30-35 minutes in the water. Snorkeling gear is provided.

Fly over Moreton Island by helicopter

Take a 12-minute helicopter flight for a bird's-eye view of Tangalooma and Moreton Island. Fly past Mount Tempest and the Blue Lagoon to Eastern Beach on the east side of the island, then return over the Tangalooma Wrecks.

Enjoy a sunset cocktail and watch wild dolphins

Watch the "Discover the World of Dolphins" presentation at the Eco Centre, then enjoy a cocktail or mocktail at the bar while the sun sets over Moreton Bay. Head to the jetty to watch a family of wild dolphins glide toward the resort shore for their evening feed.

Return to the wharf and depart around 7:00 PM, arriving in Brisbane around 8:15 PM after about 1 hour 15 minutes. Return boat times vary by season.
