Take the train from Interlaken
to the Lauterbrunnen Valley
Meet your guide in Interlaken and travel by train into the heart of the Swiss Alps. Train tickets are not included, so please bring a valid ticket.
Your first stop, Lauterbrunnen, is famous for its sheer cliff valley and waterfalls. Walk through the village, get close to Staubbach Falls and visit the best photo spots.
Stroll the car-free mountain village of Wengen
Next, head up to Wengen, a mountain village without cars. Walk through the village and along the trails while enjoying views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau and the Lauterbrunnen Valley. Your guide will teach you a little Swiss German and share insider tips.
Taste Swiss raclette outdoors in the mountains
As an introduction to Swiss culture, enjoy a short tasting of traditional raclette made with local cheese, outdoors in the mountains. Raclette is provided, but a meal is not included.
Finish the tour in Lauterbrunnen
Return to Lauterbrunnen, where the tour ends. Afterwards you can go back to Interlaken or continue to Grindelwald on your own. From Grindelwald you can take a cable car up to First or Männlichen, ride a mountain cart or visit the First Cliff Walk (tickets not included).
