Walk a 25 m high course
at Redwoods Altitude

Check in at the Redwoods Altitude hangar on your booked date and time, put on your safety gear, and join a guide for the Altitude tour of about 2 hours. Tours run in small groups of up to 10 people.

Follow a 650 m loop suspended 25 m above the forest floor, crossing 25 jungle bridges and 3 ziplines. As you move among 120-year-old redwoods, learn about the history of the forest, its people (iwi) and the land (whenua).

By day, enjoy the Treewalk and
glowworms in the eco cave

The Redwoods Treewalk is a self-guided walk of about 40 minutes. Follow the walkways among the trees to take in the peaceful forest, and see thousands of glowworms in the eco cave.

By night, stroll through
the lantern-lit Nightlights

After dark, the Treewalk turns into a fairy-tale forest lit by more than 30 David Trubridge lanterns and colorful lights. Day Treewalk, Nightlights and glowworm entry can be used within 3 days before or after your Altitude booking date.
