Excellent trip. A long day but well worth it. Our Guide was brilliant very knowledgeable about the history of the area and kept us interested along the journey. Coach was comfortable and roomy, driver was very good. A pity there isn’t a little more time in the little town of Niagara by the Lake as it’s very pretty with lots of lovely cafes and shops. Definitely recommend but be aware the Falls area is very commercialised.

Wonderful day!! Everything was set out for us - we were given some free time. some guided time, and clear directions on when and where to meet after free time. I did the Winery, Cruise, and Lunch option. I recommend it if you want a full itinerary to follow - but people in my group did not do the cruise/lunch option and still had a great time since it give them more free time to explore and get food they wanted (they still could do the cruise, just has to purchase that separate). Overall, it was a FANTASTIC time. Thank you Wayne and Vito for the safe and entertaining travels.

ZA: program na splošno. Vožnja z ladjo v slapove, spodobna pokušina vin, Niagara on the Lake je kot iz pravljice. PROTI: kosilo absolutno ni bilo na nivoju, ki ga pričakuješ od Niagare. Lokalno vino (pre)drago.

Program

Depart Downtown Toronto
and head to Niagara

Depart between 9:00 and 9:20 AM from one of 3 pickup points in Downtown Toronto. Travel about 2 hours in a climate-controlled bus while your guide shares interesting commentary on the way to Niagara.

Taste wine at a local winery

Stop at a winery in the Niagara region for a wine tasting and some shopping. The legal drinking age in Ontario is 19, so only guests aged 19 and over can take part in the tasting.

at Niagara Falls

Take photos at Niagara Falls on the Canadian side and spend free time strolling around the Table Rock Welcome Centre. With the boat cruise option, sail into the mist on the Hornblower Voyage to the Falls in summer; in winter or when the boat is not running, it is replaced with Journey Behind the Falls or the IMAX theatre.

With the lunch option, enjoy a 3-course lunch overlooking the falls at the Table Rock House Restaurant or the Queen Victoria Place Restaurant.
